Rates and Requirements

Winter/Spring: (December 16 – May 31)	$175 per night s/d
Summer: (June 1 – September 30)	$150 per night s/d
Fall: (October 1 – December 15)	$165 per night s/d
Two night minimum on weekends
Three night minimum on holiday weekends
For a reservation of 5 nights or more:	Deduct $25 per night
For Optional Heated Pool: • A reservation for 1-4 nights • A reservation for 5 nights or more (October 1 – April 30)	Add $100 per night Add $50 per night

Rates do not include required City Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5% (Permit Number 45980000).

Reservation is by credit card only. We accept Visa/MC/Discover.

Cancellation Policy:

• Over 10-day notification, full refund
• Less than 10-days, 50% refund (unless we are able to fill our room)
• No-shows will be charged for the first night in full

Our Inn is for one or two adults only. It is not suitable for children and additional guests or pets.

Check-in time: 3:00-5:00 pm (other by special pre-arrangement).

Check-out time: by 11:00 am (other by special arrangement which may incur a $50 additional fee).

Cost for repair resulting from damage, loss of property, or excessive cleaning will be charged to the responsible guest.

Please observe the following: smoking or use of illegal drugs is not permitted anywhere on the property.
